This election cycle is unlike any we’ve seen in our lifetimes, and still, we can learn from those who have tirelessly struggled for the freedoms we must consistently defend and expand. No matter the result of this election, organizing every four years is not enough. What might look like a new surge of fascism is a long-term pandemic that has persecuted Black and Indigenous lives. Join us for a special 2-hour post-election edition of social solidarity on November 4, 5:30-7:30PM PT with ASC members Amelia Bachtiar, Mae Case and Stacey Uy. We’ll get a historical foundation rooted in long-term struggle, tangible steps to maintain forward momentum safely, and different self-care methods and tips to identify what works for you in times of uncertainty
